Karen would like to speak to you either on the phone or in person. This personal contact is a nice way for you to start developing a relationship with your cake decorator. She will email you back only if she was unable to reach you using the phone numbers you provided.
Due to the limited number of bookings Karen takes, it would be prudent to have Karen check her availability before you get excited and start describing your ultimate cake fantasies!


Just to let you know upfront, Karen gets extremely busy on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, so if you try to contact her at this time, there may be a delay before she can contact you.

Your cake design session with Karen, will run more smoothly if you bring with you; colour swatches, documents containing ideas that describe your event theme such as invitations, brochures from reception venues, magazine clippings or print outs of cakes that you like, and if you have it, a list of flowers that you may be using.

Most people only require one design session which is FREE, and you will be given cake samples to taste as well. If you have special requirements such as needing extra time to discuss details or a special sample bake, please contact Karen for more information.
