To cover your cake, Karen has so many options to choose from, white or tinted pettinice icing, (white)chocolate panels, chocolate ganache or buttercream. Her cup cakes have toppings in buttercream, chocolate ganache, or pettinice.
Karen can advise you which option is best suited for your occasion depending upon:-
- the time of year
- the style of the event
- the location
- the time of day
- if it compliments the other parts of the menu
For the inside of your cake, Karen has many yummy mud cake flavours, you can even marble them together.
If your cake is tiered, you can have different flavours on each tier.
If your wedding cake is the Dessert, the general rule is to choose two different flavours to alternate the serves.
If you are having cup cakes you can have any combination of Karen's mud flavours.
Some flavours can be customised for example, you can order butter cake instead of mud cake.
